A beloved husband & father, following a long illness.

As many of you know, Franck has been historically one of DPI’s greatest leaders, to whom we are all indebted for his massive contributions to the disability movement, and the events that lead to the CRPD. Frank worked beyond expectations and duty for the recognition and enforcement of Human Rights for all, regardless of personal abilities. Frank set the standards of excellence, with honor and respect. Leaving behind his mark in this world, Frank often recommended to actual and future leaders this quote from Mahatma Gandhi: "In a gentle way you can shake the world".
